Explainer Brand Video for Neighbourhood Pharmacies Specialty Pharmacy Summit
We partnered with Neighbourhood Pharmacies to produce a long-form, interview-driven video that brings clarity to the role of specialty pharmacy within the healthcare system. The project’s goal was to translate a complex, often misunderstood process into something accessible, human, and easy to follow—without losing the depth of care involved.
Our role was to shape the narrative around the patient journey—capturing everything from onboarding and reimbursement to ongoing coordination of care. This meant working across multiple locations, collaborating with pharmacy teams and healthcare partners, and building a visual story that felt both grounded and intentional.
The final piece is designed to function as a foundational asset—used in advocacy conversations, stakeholder meetings, and broader education efforts. It’s not just a video, but a tool that helps communicate the value and complexity of specialty pharmacy in a clear, compelling way.
